Just a lifelong amateur photographer who enjoys taking photos. From my humble beginning with a small rectangle camera with a rectangle flash bulb to now a very invested Nikon lover. It all started with my Minolta and with a trip to New Zealand with a stop in Bora Bora. I didn't really learn my craft there but I did get inspired. The landscape, the beautify of looking through the lens of my camera and capturing beautiful things. Then as part of a class project, I had to share my adventures. Something cool happened when displaying my slideshow. People enjoyed my photos. That was cool. Fast forward many years later and my wife and I purchased DSLRs on a whim. One motivational and inspiration trip to Boston and a photo that would drive me deep into this hobby. A bumble bee very close up and personal. Then a photo of winter berries. That turned me from interested into invested. Am I a great photographer. Nope. But I love trying to become one.
